Ever wanted to take your jeep, bronco, or other off-road vehicle off road but didn’t know where to start?

Well, joining a reputable club with access to public and exclusive private properties across the northeast is a great first step.

Long Island Off Road has been around since 1993 and many of our active members have been wheeling for decades. We are club for ALL LEVELS of vehicles and drivers, from never been off pavement stock vehicles to heavily modified trailer queens whose treads only touch dirt.

We’re a judgement-free club that respectfully and responsibly explores the outdoors in our vehicles, helping each other and our families have a ton of fun and wheel safely.

A not so scary October Run: A Story of Agonies and Victories

So, our October run (Harvest Special) is always a grand success and add the great weather and an early start by myself, and it was the perfect weekend. This report is going to have great tales of the thrill of victory, the agony of the feet and ghosts. So, dim the lights, grab a comfortable seat, a blanky, flashlight and popcorn and enjoy the ride.

7th Annual Willie Vasquez Memorial Run: Reported By Detective John "Bulldog" Acconi

The third obstacle was off camber to the passenger side across a wet covered rock. Then you had to turn hard left and climb up hill between two trees with rocks in the middle. Once you got past the trees you then had to turn hard passenger and come around the tree without crushing your door and fender.
